Rational Choice Theory:
Rational choice theory can apply to a variety of areas,
including economics, people's socio-economic behavior, psychology, philosophy. People
take decisions through selection. People used to make choices based on their
interest which one will provide them greatest benefit. Choosing an object or
product or service from among the various alternatives and using them in one's
own use refers "choice" or "choice".
Rationality means a rational action based on causality.
According to economic terms, the decision that is rational to the individual or
the consumer is the decision that gives the individual, the greatest
opportunity, the greatest utility. This behavior of the person is called
rational behavior.
Rational choice as a theory is based on an economic
principle. The principle is that one always takes prudent and logical
decisions. These decisions protect the individual's highest self-interest and
give the individual the greatest benefit and satisfaction.

People Makes choice based on different criteria. Choice can
be different based on different perspective. Someone could like Lionel messi as
their favourite footballer someone likes Cristiano Ronaldo. Someone supports
brazil in football someone supports Argentina. Some emphasize on statistics
some emphasize on personality. You cant tell someone that you can like a person
based on statistic or personality. From our diagram we can see health wealth
knowledge power everything’s are most important. But people have limitation
they couldn’t get every things at a same times. In this situation they have to
choose one or two things based on most priority under their rational choice. It
can be selected through Individualism, Optimality, Rationality, Perfect
information, Criticism etc.
